At Hopeful Hydration, our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellness through education, support, and personalized care. We believe that everyone has the God given right to a HOPEFUL and fulfilling life, and we're here to help them achieve that goal.

As husband and wife, and as parents, we understand the need to not lose Hope in life. We also know how easy it is to become so overwhelmed with our health and distracted from our Hope.

As a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in emergency medical services, including as a 911 paramedic, an air medical paramedic, and significant exposure to anesthesia, surgery, and ICU settings, I bring a unique perspective to the table. At our clinic,  we believe in taking small steps that lead to big changes, with you as your own advocate. Our approach prioritizes building rapport and starting simple—by addressing issues like perpetual dehydration and inflammation. We offer a four-step method focusing on volume, fasting, cleaner eating, and rest—with volume being paramount. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all solution, we view medicine and supplements as valuable tools rather than the solution.
